I'm Zahran, a student in 10th grade. I'm passionate about STEM subjects like science, tech, math, and CS, and I'm always trying to expand my knowledge on these subjects. I focus on maintaining high grades, seeking opportunities outside of school to enrich myself, and constantly learning new things.
I have many hobbies and things I like to do in my free time. I like to read books, work out, play video games, talk with my friends, and ride my bike, among other hobbies. I also like to code and build programs. I can code in both Python and C++, and I've attended a couple of hackathons before. I hope to be able to attend more hackathons in the future and potentially win or finish with a podium placement.
I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to certain video games, like Pokemon(my favorite is Hoopa) and Zelda(my favourite game is Breath of the Wild), because I play them quite a lot. Even if I don't play them much now, there was once a time when I learned pretty much everything about the game, and I still have this knowledge with me today. I also know a lot of car brands from my passion in cars, and playing racing games like Asphalt 9 Legends. I still play this game a lot today, and I'm still very passionate about supercars. It's one of the things that I pride myself on, because not many people have reached the level of 'mastery'(i.e. nerdiness) that I have on these subjects.

I'm really passionate about cars. As I've mentioned, one of my favorites is the McLaren 600LT, featured above.
However, there are a lot of cars that I like. In my Car Stats App, I've compiled the stats of a couple of my favorites. However, I'm equally passionate about a bunch of different cars!
Aside from coding, I have a couple of other hobbies too. I like riding my bike, working out, and playing video games. I play games on my Switch such as Zelda and Pokémon games, but I also play PC and mobile games like Asphalt Legends and Brawl Stars.
On the topic of coding, here are the programming languages that I know:
C++ is my main programming language; it's the one that I have the most experience and confidence in.
I also know Python pretty well; I've coded a mathematical simulation in Python before.
Java is a language that I picked up recently, and I recreated Snake in Java recently too! Check it out on my Stardance page.
Last but not least, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Of course I know these languages; how else would I have made this? To be fair, I'm a little less capable in web development than the other three languages.

- I've competed in many hackathons in the past. One of them was Jamhacks, Canada's largest hackathon!
I worked with three teammates to build KeyKard, a file encryptor that uses a physical key to create a 2FA system and deter hackers from reaching your files!
